In compliance with UK law and due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any underwear or swimwear items once they have been dispatched and received by the customer. This policy ensures that all our customers receive brand new, unworn products.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Please note that returns will only be accepted for items that are in their original, unworn condition with tags intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
