Returns Policy
Thanks for shopping with Zoah.
We are only able to accept returned goods when notified within 14 days of the sale date, all items returned must be returned in the original sale state, unused and in the original packaging.
Each product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch, in the unlikely event that a product is unsatisfactory, we can offer an exchange like-for-like, we will also cover the costs of shipping*
The only reason we are able to accept returned underwear is if the product is faulty, this must be reported to us by email at hello@zoah.shop
We reserve to right to refuse any return if reported after 28 days of dispatch.
All returns will be subject to quality checks including but not limited to staining, odor, elastic damage and stitching tearing.
The costs of the return is to be covered by the customer, as is any additional customs or international TAX fee's that may occur.
Please use our size guide to ensure that you have ordered the correct size for you, it is the customers responsibility to order appropriate sizing.
